If the background of the key is blue, it means that your key is normal, the press is successful.
If the key background shows pink but doesn’t turn blue, your key is stuck, leading to a state where the key cannot be released.
If the key background shows white, the key has not been pressed.
If you have pressed the key but the key is still displayed in white, it means the key has been paralyzed, not recognized.

In some cases, the key does not fail but still shows red on the keyboard, please check if vietkey or unikey on the computer is turned on, if you are turning on Vietnamese, change unikey to English mode to ensure the software Read keystrokes correctly.
